 “On behalf of my wife, I would like to convey my heartfelt thanks for your determined and enthusiastic involvement in securing donations that I envisage will be a ‘quality of life’ changing addition to her mobility and independence.  Her tortuous manoeuvres up and down the stairs have given the family anxieties and frustrations that will now hopefully diminish.  It will help her to be more confident, feel more safe and secure and be more actively involved in the day-to-day interactions of the family unit.  I cannot image the amount of pain relief and self-esteem that she will benefit by using the stair lift and will prove to be a lasting and permanent improvement to her quality of life.
