Caseworkers—provide FREE advice and support, they can visit you in your home, or you can pop into the advice  centre in Accrington.  They will discuss in detail the works required and decide with you the best way to tackle the problem.  Case workers will support you throughout the whole process, if you wish.

Technical Officers— provide FREE advice and support, they will inspect your property, identify  works that are required and are experts in finding solutions to problems.  They will inspect the work as it progresses and make sure you are totally happy before payment in released.  In addition let us help you plan your maintenance and take advantage of the FREE Maintenance Survey in which you will receive a FREE Maintenance Advice booklet together with a report on works that may need doing now and works that you need to do within a few years.

Local Reputable Tradesmen— we provide lists of local tradesmen that have been recommended by local people and checked out by Trading Standards.  Tradesmen are constantly monitored for quality of work and client satisfaction.

Affordable Warmth—Energy Efficiency—Save Energy and Save Money we can help and advise you on the many grants and subsides that are available to make your home affordably warm and energy efficient.

Finance— we will carry out benefit check to ensure you are receiving all you are entitled to, we will assist you with any loans, insurance claims, using your own savings or we can raise  the funds on your behalf from local and national charities.

Commitment— We will help you as much or as little as you wish, all negotiations can be carried out with our involvement so you need never feel on your own.

An invaluable service for people over 60, 2 hours FREE labour for small D-I-Y type repairs you only need pay for the materials.

SECURITY SCHEME: “Reducing the risk of crime -providing peace of mind”

If you are over 60  we will provide a FREE Crime Prevention survey and install door, window locks, bolts and Distraction Burglary Kits consisting of door chains, mirrors, spy hole viewers, door alarms -whilst stocks last.  If you are under 60 check out our standard prices.

ACCIDENT PREVENTION: “Minimise the risk of falls”

The importance of being safe in the home is essential to everyone but takes on special significance for older and disabled people, we will therefore provide FREE labour for people over 60 with any repairs which would prevent potential accidents.
