FREE PERSONAL SUPPORT SERVICE
Some
people find discussing their personal matters very difficult when out of
their homes; we therefore offer to meet people in their homes.
During
these visits you can explain to us your concerns regardless of whether it
is related to home repairs or not.
We
are here to give you support if you have personal problems or feel you are
being abused (or we can send you a leaflet “Putting People First”)
We
will then help and assist with specific things like completing forms,
making complaints or accessing services.
We
have staff who are qualified advocates to support you with any issues.
We
will always to try to answer queries and refer on to other supporting
services should we not be able to help further.
Our
primary concern is for health, wellbeing and housing but we will assist
wherever we can.
